4 - 6 Week Mindfulness Series
The purpose of this series is to provide an opportunity for people to immerse themselves in the practice of mindfulness. Each week, participants come together
to learn and practice mindfulness.
During this series, we'll explore the science of stress; why the brain is hard-wired to dwell on the negative, and what to do about it; how to deal more effectively with distractions, and get back on track more quickly with greater focus; learn how to successfully engage in a variety of mindfulness practices; and how to sustain a personal practice for
greater health, peace, focus, and wellbeing.
