Join us this June in Harbert Michigan to immerse yourself in a powerfully transformative,
relaxing, all-inclusive wellness retreat. Imagine for a moment ... exploring 3 full days of becoming more productive, present, calm, and connected. Your daily agenda includes a variety of mindfulness meditations, centering activities, qigong, vinyasa flow & yin yoga, group acupuncture (come on - you know you're curious), & kayaking on the Galien River. Immerse yourself in workshops on mindfulness, the neuroscience behind it, & learn how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life--at home, at work, at play. You'll also enjoy 3 delicious meals a day from some of our local favorites.
During your stay, explore Harbor Country's funky shops & galleries, hipster craft breweries, welcoming local wineries, beautiful beaches & forest preserves. Wrap up each evening enjoying the beauty of an outdoor bonfire.Whether you want to escape in solitude, reconnect with a loved one, or enjoy an unforgettable weekend with friends, this retreat will leave an indelible mark on your heart and soul. We'll help you explore the art & science of slowing down so that you can move forward in life with greater peace, focus, and satisfaction.
This year's Summer Camp for Your Soul will be held at Green Light Retreat Center, in Harbert Michigan, a secluded wooded private property, 800 yards from the gorgeous Lake Michigan shoreline. This beautifully appointed retreat center is surrounded by gardens, heated pool and hot tub, fire pit, and an indoor and outdoor meditation/yoga space.
