"Wise & Well Within" is an 8.5 x 8.5 (29 page) semi-gloss

(a classic, smooth paper) mindfulness book I created using Mixbook.

 

The book is available as a softcover ($37) or hardcover ($42)

As many of you know, I'm an integrative medicine (IM) clinician with the Cancer Center at Rush University Medical Center. With 18 years of experience, I have seen how much my patients have benefited from incorporating IM (e.g., acupuncture, mindfulness, massage) into their care, and I want to tell the world about it. In this book, I want to explain all of safe and effective ways people can support their healing in the midst of cancer treatment, and well beyond into survivorship. 

 

To help make this dream a reality, I need help.

So, I'll be using a few dollars from each book to help off-set the funds needed to hire an editorial coach. The fee for coaching is $150 / hour. I estimate needing 30 - 50 hours of assistance.
